| | Hotel registration will open up on September 13th at 12 noon. You can make reservations by emailing the weekend couple, Richard and Natalie Bryan at richandnat23@aol.com If you email your reservation you will be sent back a “got it” email. This does not mean you got a hotel, it just means I got your email. Please do not send your email before noon, as it is not fare to those who are waiting till noon. All emails have times on them and if it is sent before noon it will not be accepted.
1. You must have your total team fee paid for before the September 13th hotel registration.
2. If you are requesting a scholarship and would like to stay in the hotel we would like for you to take the $18 and put it towards your team fee and stay in the dorm with other team members.
3. If you are a professor or dorm cha you will not be able to stay in a hotel due to the nature of your job on the weekend.
4. If you have a friend you would like to room with please state that in the email, however your “roommate” will need to make separate reservations and state that they wish to room with you as well.
5. If you are in the following service areas your room is already reserved: Rector, Head Cha, Rover, Back up Rector, Asst Head Cha, and Spiritual Director.
